Aerospace and Defense EMI/EMC Consulting

The electromagnetic interference (EMI) and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) requirements of aerospace and defense are tough. Don't wait for official testing to find problems, get passing the first time with proven engineering analysis, pre-compliance testing, specialized training and professional design services.

  • Analysis Report Services
For a detailed understanding of the emissions and susceptibility of your unit an EMC report can be invaluable. We typically perform this analysis after schematics drafts are available so we can identify needed improvements prior to PCB layout.
This is most useful to customers that want to find potential issues as early as possible due to strict schedule commitments.
  • Pre-Compliance Testing Services
The key to successfully passing official EMC testing the first time is to test early. This involves testing on the lab bench and outside of an EMI chamber. We have specialized testing techniques and equipment to perform this and identify.
This is most useful to customers that have the schedule for design updates after the first prototype.
  • EMC Training Services
We offer specialized training on how to analyze and design for the difficult aerospace and defense EMC standards.
This is most useful for customers that need specialized training rather than the standard one-size-fits-all approach to EMC.
  • PCB Design Services
We are experienced and fully licensed to perform PCB design in Altium. From product conception to rework we can fix EMC issues with schematic updates, component placement and routing.
This is most useful to customers that need a product fixed for EMC compliance as soon as possible.
