EMI Sleuth is owned by Russell Carroll and supports customers across southern California and the United States. Russell has over 10 years of experience in the design, analysis, and troubleshooting of electromagnetic effects in aerospace systems, industrial electronics, and manufacturing facilities.

Russell is a registered Professional Electrical Engineer in California, holds the advanced iNARTE EMC Engineer certification, is a Senior Member of the IEEE, and a member of the NSPE. He received B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Alaska Fairbanks.
