Instructions
Click "Choose File", select an ".s*p" touchstone formatted S-parameter file, and click "Open".
Plotting Options
Option 1. Time Domain.
This shows the time domain impulse response of the S-parameter using an inverse FFT.
Option 2. Complex.
This plots the real and imaginary parts of the linear S-parameter on a complex plane.
Option 3. Smith Chart.
This plots the normalized impedance on a smith chart. Hover over the data to see the equivalent impedance referenced to 50 Ω. This is most useful for self-reflection data (S11, S22, etc.) and represents the impedance seen at a port when all other ports are terminated with 50 Ω.
Option 4. Log.
This plot shows the logarithmic plot, 20*log10(|Snm|), vs frequency.
